Ordered some beading kits on 5/13/09 from the Ready To Bead website to make jewelry for some very close graduates. I have ordered from them before and received the order very fast and so thought it would be the same with this order of $152.60. When the kits did not arrive at a reasonable time, I went out and disappointingly bought other gifts.


I sent numberous emails with no response. I changed my email and address on the website so there would be no trouble with any delivery or contact information. I also put in a change of address for all my mail at the post office. But to no avail.


I finally contacted the BBB and Sherry Wayt finally put on her website that she had shipped the items on the 29th of October and even had a tracking number that did not exist. But I did find the company's phone number and when I called, was immediately put on voicemail. I left a message to call me, but to no avail. So now it has been six months and I have NO KITS and NO REFUND and I am OUT $152.60 on a retirement income.
