I wish I'd read these ripoff reports first. I'm unsure how they can advertise a FREE product (all you pay is shipping), yet then bill you for the product after the fact. Where does FREE come in?
I have called and cancelled, and ended up hanging up on the rude butthead that I talked to ----- yet they proceeded to charge my credit card ($90 for eye moisturizer?!?) So I have sent them a formal letter asking for all advertisement copy, including the form that I allegedly signed; plus asked for return address in order to return the non-working product. So far, I have heard nothing.
Even my bank was familiar with them and informed me that I'd been Scammed.
Why is this company still in business?
