I have a readydebit(pink) card, well I should say HAD! I reported my card stolen on the 29th of April and I have got nothing but a run around about a replacement being sent out. The card was not processed and sent out until the 2nd of May. I waited until the 8th(7working days later) when nothing showed up in my mail, only to be told to wait until the 11th(friday). Because I couldn't argue with them I waited until Friday, only to still recieve nothing.

I was told because of the inconvience to me a NEW card would be sent out the same day in order to get me a card as soon as possible. I unhapply agreed and went about my day. Yesterday I recieved NOTHING!! When I called I learned that my card wasnt even processed and sent out until tuesday (not friday as i had been promised and assured) so I now need to wait until tuesday.

I was hung up on twice by supervisor Ann, and the other answer representatives were short with me and transfered me. When I finally spoke with someone other than Supervior Ann I got nowhere and was told to just wait. All the while I have paychecks from 2 weeks that I have no acess to in order to pay my bills or buy personal items for myself and my family.

good Gravy! Why in heavens name did you even get this card??? Use your bank that has ATm cards. This business has more fees then carter has liver pills.  Ten dollars for a replacement card???? Get real!

Dude/Dudette, Cancel now and move on to real banking. That is pathetic that you would rely on an electronic card for food and clothing. BANKS at least don't charge to talk to someone! Your card service place even charges a fee to get "LIVE" customer service.

This reminds me of an "old timers" way of working cash flow. never put all your money in one basket. Yet you have done just that...pity that.

Go to the website- read the card holders terms, read the fee schedule and then ask yourself why you are shooting yourself in the foot. That is just crazy!
