ReadyDebit Took my Tax Return stating something was wrong with my card, Internet

I recieved the card with no problem when I tried to create an account online with the card to manage it better it stated this card is not available to use and to call customer service. So I called the 866-295-2460 number reached someone rather quickly and they stated I need to speak with another department and that they would transfer me, each time I did this I was on hold for 2 hours before the line would just disconnect. The IRS is saying that my refund has been deposited and this company is just taking everyone's money. I emailed them and they apologized and told me to contact their 866-295-2460 number again and the lady I spoke with stated they don't handle ready debit cards anymore and to call 877-344-3773 and if you call this number no one ever answers.
