i bought a 00 grand am with major problems and & 2 moths after i bought it it had major problems with brakes and tires and electrical problems...i paid on this heap for 3 months while it set in front of my house before i called them to come get it, i begged and pleaded with them since it was just a couple hundred miles over there so called warranty,then they hit me with full amount of the loan, the loan was already outrageous and iam sure they sold it right back out again at the same price. doesnt seem fair that they also reported it to a colllection agency for 8 times what the car would normaly retail for..iam tellen ya theres crooks out there that look inocent just like these guys do

The time to think about how much the car costs, the APR and whether or not you can afford it, is BEFORE you sign the contract.
YOU signed a contract to make ALL the payments on time, everytime. YOU decided to not make those payments and have them repo the car. When that happens you are STILL responsible for the contracted amount. Because the car had problems does NOT mean you quit making payments. Chances are you will be sued for the balance of the contract.
You had to use a SUBPRIME lender because you gave yourself a reputation of not paying your bills on time. Apparently, your mindset is to live that kind of life. I hope you like walking and riding buses.
