Well first of all I went to this dealership for a five hundred dollar vehicle they we're advertising in the paper.  They told me they did'nt have any left, so they say, well any way they talked me into one of their other vehicle's they had, and when I mentioned the burgundy olds aurora they looked at each other strangely.  The owner I think, said I would haft to put a thousand dollars down, so I test drove it but they had to jump start it due to it did not have a battery installed.

The battery location was under the back seat which had alot of white dried residue, I think was probably battery that leaked or exploded cause it was all over the underside of the seat, but I went ahead and test drove it any way due to the fact my truck threw a rod and I needed transportation.  I noticed a couple of defects in the interior nothing major except the mileage read 93 something thousand miles which was a different story when I picked up the vehicle then it read 90 something miles.

I put five hundred dollars down and told them I'll come back at the end of the week to give them the other five hundred dollars, after I did that I didn't get the vehicle for two weeks.  They said they wanted to make sure everything was in good working order, so I finally pick up the vehicle and now it has one of those shutoff devices if you don't make your weekly payment.  So Im following my friend who took me there, said when we arrived at his house that my lights where flashing on and off.

I come outside at night the same day I picked up the vehicle and the lights are on I tried to see what the problem was but they seemed to go on and off constantly.  I'm now smelling gasoline everytime I get in or out of the vehicle, electronics are going haywire so I take it back to the dealership and they send me across the street to their garage where there is three hispanics that don't speak english.  So I'm trying to explain to them what's wrong, the shutoff device is improperly installed and it's messing up the ignition and what not due to the fact that the vehicle has a pass key II ignition, so I'm constantly being stranded not being able to start the vehicle.  These guys at the garage tell me it's the alarm system problem and that I need to take it to an alarm specialist.

So I take it to a audio and alarm specialist and they tell the exact opposite that it's the shutoff device installed on the car.  So uninstall the device myself and viola lights go off and stay off, but not before the vehicle is idleing high way to high so I do some research and find out the voltage regulator is probably bad.  I take the car to mechanic who removes some parts and then the alternator, which then I take that to a alternator rebuild specialist, who later calls me and tells me there is a cadillac voltage regulator in my olds aurora alternator.

I have the work done on that and now the car is idleing normally, so now I have to work on the headlamp issue, I take out the headlamp module and one of the four relays is fried, so I hard wire a new relay on the module because I can't afford to put out two hundred and fifty dollars for a new module.  The new hardwired relay I installed worked like a charm now I don't haft to keep pulling out fuses for the lights and fog lights anymore.  But when I was under the dash I seen all the open isulated wiring still open and inbetween the door jam wiring insulation exposed.  Now it's like tossing up a coin on wether or not the car will start.

I have only one key for the vehicle and the dealer said there is only one key for the make so why can't I use my key on the trunk or the glove compartment.  There was another olds aurora on the lot right next to mine, but it was'nt there when I picked it up that day.  I take the vehicle to a mechanic and he tells me the engine bearings are bad and I should get rid of the vehicle.  I call the dealership up and tell them I'm not paying all this money a month for a car with bad bearings and all these other problems so they come and get it.  A couple of weeks go by and I call them and they said it wasn't bad bearings it was something else and their gonna fix it so they say.  I come to pick the vehicle back up it's back out on the lot to be sold again, now their saying I didn't want the vehicle, I've paid some money for said vehicle and I want it and they said they fixed it

I paid the money for the two weeks they had it and they said it was fixed, now I have a crease in the hood from someone closing the hood down on something, it doesn't have the same radio in it, and now it doesn't blow any kind of air through the underdash vents.  Now the front passenger wheel is wobling, and now I'm mad.  This vehicle has been down more than half the time I've had it which is a little over a year,  I took my families advice and told the dealership to come and take their vehicle back even though I only had a little over a thousand dollars left on it but when I called them they said I still owed over three thousand dollars on it.

So when I told them to take the car and that I'm not paying more money than I owe, I told them I only had a little over a thousand left and you told me over three, and they said I don't know who told you whoever that was is lieing to you, it was the same guy I was talking to on the phone.  They we're always putting money into my account and then taking it out and then calling me telling me I have'nt made my payment.  These people need to be investigated and put out of business cheating people and parting out cars so they'll break down and people can't afford to fix them and they take the cars back and sell them again.
