I bought a playstation 3 from the superstore in Spruc Grove Alberta. The other day it quit working so I decided to return it.

As I live in Lundar Manitoba it was impossible to return it to the same store but figured that I could return it to a Winnipeg store as it is in the same chain. I have done this in Walmart and have never had any problems there.

I first went to the Mcphillips St. location where they asked if I had a receipt which I did. They told me they were out of stock but I could take it to the Portage Ave. location which did have them in stock.

When i got to the Portage store the clerk again asked for my receipt. She then told me that they would not exchange because it had not been bought at that location.

Now i will have to ship my playstation to Sony for warranty work. Not to mention that I had to drive 120 miles round trip only to recieve no satisfaction or help from Superstore. Needless to say I will not be doing any more business with them.
