Complaint Review: real deal k9

I recently (03 Aug 2016) purchased a Belgian Malinois from Real Deal Protection K9s. The dog was to be fully trained on and off leash, come fully AKC registered and have a clean bill of health. When I arrived at the business, I was met by the owners, Rolando and Natasha, together with what appeared to be a very malnourished dog with puncture wounds on the throat area of the dog. After a brief run through of commands for the dog, I left with it and drove directly to a local vet clinic to have the dog examined - weighed, stool and blood sample. I was informed the tests showed severe malnutrition, intestinal worms and evidence of dysfunctional internal organs most likely due to malnutrition.
The dog's rear hip bones were very prominently showing and the dog was underweight and clearly not healthy looking let alone as healthy as the pictures posted on the business website.
Rolando was not able to provide me with AKC registration since he informed me this had not yet been completed, as noted on the business website and communicated earlier by Rolando and noted in our contract. The dog clearly met only the basic obedience training while on leash.
The dog was explained to be extremely gentle with children yet after only a few short hours lunged at my youngest child grabbing and tearing his shirt and underwear.

 He has sick puppies I also contacted with someone that was complaining on another website. Both dogs died of parvo.
