Real Estate Agent.Com Business Locate Inc. Signed up for Zip Codes in my area. Terms of their agreement were not explained. No Customer Service. Hard to Cancel Hollywood Florida
I received a call from one of their internet sales representative in August 2013 to purchase 5 zip codes in my local real estate market for 3 months for only $70. I agreed to give it a try. I was never informed about the "automatic renewal" and that i would be charged $175 every quarter thereafter. I saw charges on my credit card statement and contacted the company to cancel. No ever ansers the phone and I left several messages. I finally received a call back and was told that in the fine print of their terms and conditions it stated the automatic renewal. They would not allow cancellation by telephone or emal. The only way to cancel was by faxing a signed letter. The fax number they provided was not a valid fax number. I have been charged over $700 during a year's timeframe and have not received ANY leads from this company. Total Rip Off. I feel like I have been taken advantage of. BEWARE!!!
