IDI Global is traded on the stock market!! We too, have been R***D by these people! This is unbelievable that it just doesn't stop. We did not know about this web site until it was to late. We too were sucked in by ordering the Lou Vukas books "Real Estate Uncovered" for $97.00 at secretrealestatedeals.com We were just wanting to read this book. I had even gone to the "Books A Million" bookstore to buy this book and they could not even find the author or title of this as even being published. I just thought that you could only buy it on line. (That was such a red flag, now that I look back). Instead we got PMI or IDI or Lou Vukas, whoever they want to be this week!! Travis Ballard, Cody Simmons, Cameron McPherson, Sam Inebe, Lance Conrad, Samantha Ames, Sean Moore are all the different names we have spoken to. BEWARE! Lou Vukas is not a real person!!! People call every week to us up for a plan that we already have paid for and have asked for a refund several times. These people really do not have it all together! But when We make phone calls or emails to them even the operator doesn't answer the Customer Service is Repulsive!! We have asked for our money 3 different times and they keep insisting on different coaches. Our Story is just like the rest of these people on this website [Past&Present]. We will fight this through our credit card company and I am going to send this to Bill O'Reilly, Greta, and Geraldo on Fox News and see if they might can publicly expose these Frauds!!! How does the old saying go?

'Fool me once or is it "Scam" me once, than Shame on You, Scam me twice, than shame on me!'

So many people, so many lies, makes idi a very bad investment.

Everyone needs to get their money back that ask for it, Cameron!
It is just a good practice in "Customer Service". When you don't refund people their money that is when they will seek
J-U-S-T-I-C-E!!!

This was not for REVENGE, but the Justice of you refusing to give back our money, very early in the game. You would not even take our phone calls are even acknowlegde our emails. You ran like a criminal caught in the middle of a robbery!

If I was your boss and found out, you treated my consumers like this, you would be in the job search line down at the Unemployment Office ASAP.

So you see Cameron Mc fear son (Mcphearson) You are just a little green in the white collar world so go back over the events like they really happened and you will not make those same mistakes with your next customer.

You are just like the rest of the kids "Lets blame Somebody else" never admitting to your own mistakes you are going to find that to be very costly in your line of work.

The next people may just be ready for more than just their money back! They may actually put you in jail. Another child with a criminal parent is just what America needs!
So Go For It!!

Unfair Report

#10UPDATE Employee

Sat, November 05, 2005

Roy and Kyra Johnson who have introduced this report came to me several months back with issue regarding the program that they had signed up for with Lou Vuka.

I was very new to IDI Global at the time, but have extensive experience creating and managing real estate mentoring programs and have work very closely with some of the most successful single-family or residential real estate investors in the country.

When I was introduced to Roy he had already been in the program and had experienced many issues and was not happy. I told Roy that I felt confident that we could change all of that if he gave me and my team a chance. Roy obliged with a very tight written contract that stated that Roy and I would review his progress 4 weeks from that date and that if Roy was not satisfied we would go back to that date and negotiate a fair refund.

Here are a few samples from email communications between Roy and I that certainly paint a different picture from what is posted on this site:

"My wife and I certainly enjoy talking to Chris. She knows the business, but as we discussed before, and based on the money we've invested, we're expecting something substantial and something that we haven't already read in a book.

Let me know your thoughts.

Roy"

And also:

"Cameron,

I talk to Tony this afternoon, and I was impressed with what he had to say. Hopefully, we can work through him to get help on financing.

Thanks,

Roy"

And:

"Cameron,

I'll be out of town the rest of the week, in all day meeting. I will have access to email during the day. I'll be back in-town by 6:00 or 7:00 Friday afternoon. I could be available via cell, but it will be late evening 9 or 10 central.

Thanks for your follow-up"

Unfortunately, my staff and I are only human, but I can show over 20 email communications direct from me to Roy being extremely responsive to any and all issues that Roy had, even issues that existed before I was working for IDI Global.

Roy and Kyra Johnson had access to Chris K., a very successful real estate coach who can produce recent success stories from student in every part of the United States. Obviously from Roy's own words he was working well with Chris and they were making progress as a team.

Roy and I spoke about some things that we needed to ammend, but overall he was satisfied and we were moving forward together as a team. As alway, I pledged my commitment to him and based on our written contract and agreement we were not refunding the money as originally agreed to, but were moving forward with the program. This was around the 4th of October, 2005.

Roy found properties and need financial assistance, which is where Tony G. came into the picture. Tony has successfully worked as a mentor and also now as a loan officer and was in the process of helping Roy try to obtain financial for a couple of properties in LA. Unfortunately, conventional financing was not possible on the deals Roy was looking at because the two properties were on the same parcel of land and had to be funded separately, together the properties were selling for $50k, but funding them conventionally separate was difficult to carry a note for $25k each. This was all information that Roy and Tony shared with me and was understood by both parties.

I received a communication from Kyra, Roy's expressing her discontent with mentoring program because "they were promised financing." Unfortunately, no one is promised financing, and all the help from great resources could not conventionally fund the deal in question.

Roy has my home phone number, my cell phone, my work line, any form of communication to get in touch with me, and has used them all. I feel that is pretty good customer service and Roy above even suggested that he appreciated my follow up. Likewise, Roy has spoken with Mel Feller, an incredible real estate coach/mentor, Chris K., Sarah K., Samantha Ames, Tony G., all whom were available to Roy to help him learn and apply real estate techniques.

If there's one thing I don't have it's a magic wand. I can make myself and hundreds of hours of resources available to students who are committed to their own success, but I cannot just make success appear. If there's one thing I do well, it's communicate. And I can provide proof of dozens of good, amicable communications with Roy. What changed was not IDI or the services Roy signed up to receive, what changed what Roy's and Kyra's commitment to the program. Anyway, anyone who would like further explanation can contact me directly by phone at 801.224.4444 x219 or by email at cameron.mcpherson@gmail.com.

I am sorry that Roy's experience turned out bad for him, he received months of personal attention to his real estate investing goals, agreed that their was progress, and now has received a full refund. Our intention is to always treat our clients fair, with the hope that the relationships we develop are long and prosperous for the students involved. We dedicated many hours to Roy and his concerns and met him every step of the way, I even agreed to give Roy and Kyra a refund when they requested it, but they never replied to my request for a date and time where we could have a phone conversation to discuss the issue.

By the way, the claim in this report are not only unfair and unfounded, but some of them are completely off-the-wall ridiculous, please read and judge for yourself. Or better yet, feel free to call me anytime.

Regards,

I did get my money! Praise the Lord! It posted to my ccard and the credited was dated 10/25/05, it does take a few days to show after they post the refund!

Don't give up, getting the credit! Keep after them to give it back if that is what you want. Keep the faith, stand strong and beleive! Do follow the steps of others before you.

"If you request, then it will come."

Hi, I would love to join you in contacting people to report these companies. We are in the same boat and I am filing with the internet fraud group right now on Advantage Corporation. They want other negative comments on these companies, so I am researching as I file. I can't even close our corporation, which we never needed, because I don't have the $275 to fold. What a major rip off.

Get the SEC and the FCC and let Kevin Griffth, CEO of IDI be aware of your situations

#10REBUTTAL Individual responds

Sat, October 22, 2005

I have emailed the CEO of IDI Global at the main website idiglobal.com to let him know that I want my $8250.00 back by Oct 25,2005 in the form of a cashiers check by FEDEX. Because, I don't trust them giving it back to my ccard or their personal/business checks. I e-mailed Bill O'Reilly at Foxnews and I also filed a complaint w/ the SEC (Securities Exchange Commissions) b/c they are traded publically on the market IDIB symbol, by the way, the stock looks pitiful. If I don't get my check by this date and time I am going file a complaint w/ the FCC, Wall Street Journal, and National Review Magazine.

Camreon McPherson did finally respond very late in the evening, to my voice messages through e-mail (with threats). The only thing about that, is I had asked for him to phone me at my home. Earlier that day, I had called Sean Moore to get my refund (I'm told he is the one who does this for IDI) and he was on the phone. I left word with his sectary Shannon to call me back. 15 minutes later, I call back to Sean Moore and he is not there any longer. How convinent! I'm not surprised!

Why? make this worse than what it is, the Solution to this whole matter is so simple just give us back our money, we are your customers, and have asked for our refunds to be returned. By not doing this is a crime! White Collar crimnals go to jail just like others do: theivies, murders, drug dealers, and rapist they are all Criminals no doubt!!!!
I don't know what will these people will do, when they are put in their 9x12 jail cell, for there will be no where for them to hide. Pitiful!!!

There are so many of us out there just wanting our money back not a different coach not anything else just a simple refund!

I will tell you this if Proctor & Gamble, Time Warner, Dillards, Burger King, AT&T, or any other, you pick a company, etc, did this they would not be as repected as they are in the business world nor would their stock be worth as much as they are. Those companies are nationally traded and admired for their Customer Services, granted they will get some employees that will not perform at their expectations and will not give great cutomer service, but those types generally do not stay long and they move on to companies like IDI where it must be the policy to be so ugly to customers that want out of an unsatisfactory service. That is it we are not happy and we want to just get our $8,250.00
Wow! I was soooo stupid to think that IDI-Lou Vukas would really teach us the Secrets of real estate flipping, transactions and real estate foreclosures. Here is the secret: go get the newspaper ads along with several real estate agents and they will help you find properties. Well, DUH! Travis Ballard said he is the one who signed us up quote "We,IDI, will be here to walk you through each step of the way". Where are you when we call and can't get anyone on the phone or on the supposable hotline. Hiding, that is where!

If the deal is real sweet then you want be able to get financing b/c your $8250.00 deeper in debt
they will offer to take the deal from you and give you a bird dog fee. How nuts is that!

This is just what I don't like about these theives dragging you down so far that you could not make a deal in this real estate business b/c you have maxed out your credit and don't have a down payment! We could have used that $8250.00 for the down and have our selves an additional income like we thought we paid for. You know the saying it takes money to make money! Now they have even taken our chances of getting us some debt relief. Shame on You,IDI..., and all the others names you go by!
