Please do not give your hard earned money to these people, they claim to be on the homeowner's side but all they are doing is taking advantage of people. They are charging thousands of dollars for loan modification services, which are illegal since you are nto supposed to take advanced fees for loan modifications and masking them as "mass torts" and "federal regulatory complaints". My parents were told that if they joined the lawsuit they would get monetary damages, principal reduction, reduction in monthly payments, that it would stop the foreclosure process altogether and that they did not have to pay their mortgage if they signed up with them! every thing they say is a complete lie just so they an make a buck- the person my parents spoke to was not even a attorney but kept pressuring them to sign up for a lawsuit.

When i discovered my parents were in foreclosure I asked them why they had not paid their mortgage and they stated that they were told not to pay it and to pay RELC instead!!!! I can't believe attorneys like this actually exist- they should not be attorneys at all if they practice such predatory tactics against the public- and especially unsuspecting elderly homeowners who do not have the technology to check up on businesses. My parents almost lost their home, and when we tried calling RELC numerous times, no one was there to answer, and no one responded to our numerous voicemails.

I also tried to hunt down Chad Pratt and speak to him but he could never be found- I wonder if he even knows about what is going on in this law firm?!?!? I also researched this law firm like some others who have reported on this site and it appears a man named Deepak Parwatikar who is a tainted attorney might be behind all of this.

Either way, if you have been contacted by this company or are currently one of their victims please report them to the Consumer Financial protection bureau so they can be shut down and brought to justice. What a horrible scam!
