Complaint Review: Real Estate Pipeline

I was contacted by a sales person from a company he identified as Real Estate Pipeline.  Bryan said that they provide qualified leads of people wanting to purchase a home and he gave me details of the screening process they use to verify that the lead is a real lead; he would sell me 12 leads minimum, in my area $97,00 each total $1,640.00;  their territory assignments are exclusive so they only sign one agent to a territory; you have up to 7 days to reject a lead; if we are not satisfied with their program, we can cancel within the first 60 days and receive a full refund. He told me it was a cash buyer and all ready to purchase.

I agree, he took my money, and send me the garbage. I got this garbage, I called those browsers and some did not answer, some hang up, few that I spoke with did not have a credit to buy a candy. Their cash buyer for Fort.Lauderdale,Florida was looking to  buy in Orlando, (4 hours away from me),  in about a year and was not even pre-qualified. I call him back explain the facts, and he told me hed replace those leads for me. He sent me other browses from the same stinking garbage. I didnt have a time for that game and I asked to cancel and return my money. They had a nerve to send me this e-mail.

Per your request we will be processing a refund back to the primary credit card on the account in the amount of $679.00. Please respond to this email with a quick confirmation statement of the cancellation AND refund amount. Once we receive your confirmation email back you will receive a receipt and the credit will show back on your card in 3-5 business days depending on your card holder.

I made the request after 5 days for all my $1640.00 back, and called my credit card for refund. If anyone comes across with those crooks scammers, RUN, RUN as quickly as you can, dont even look to the side.
