Real Estate United, Mary Darnsteader, Dulce Ferrera This company sold a house to another buyer, we had a purchas contract and inspections complete and contracts in hand for the sale of our house in 32 days. Middletown New York

Real Estate United uses extreme, deceptive business tactics; I warn potental home buyers to be very careful to protect themselves if buying a home listed by them. To keep it short, our buyers lost financing on the sale of our house. Here is a time line of the situation.

Sun. 1/28/09 signed purchas contract with 72 hour kick out clause added by R E United. Thurs.2/12 Inspections completed on 20 Decker. Tues 2/18 our laywer called to inform us our buyers lost financing but give them a couple days to see if they can pull it together. Wends. 2/19 R E Unlimited was informed of lost financing. Thurs. 2/20 our lawyer called to inform our buyers were tring to get a realitive to co sign, but to consider the deal to be off. Tues. 2/24 5 business days after first notice our buyers secured financing. We first called buyers to see if we could pick up whare we left off and were told yes. Next we called our buyer and said yes to resurection of our deal with them based on information provided by R E United. We asked for contracts to be sent. Fri. 2/27 Call to our lawyer to check status of contract; he informed us buyer and agent would not authourize release. 20 decker was shown three times that week as an active and not a back up with an existing offer. Sun. 3/1 We were informed 20 Decker was sold; when asked of the 72 hour kick out clause, the responce was we had none. R E United claims to have done nothing wrong. Deception and lies are not wrong according to R E Unlimited, Mary Darnsteader the agent and sister of seller Nina Karas, or Dulce Ferrera Broker/ Owner.

32 days from signed purchas contract to inspection complete with signed contract on sale of our house; due dilligance was done. If you are a buyer involved with this company you must protect yourself because they will throw you to the curs for a better offer, decieve you untill they get, and not honor what they sign as they have in this case.
