Real Estate Workshops, LLC AKA Government Tax Lien Network put up free lunch seminar.  During seminar, the speaker hard sold me "Software" to buy tax liens for $600.  Condition is that I have to attend their 3 days workshop to get the "Software".  I am also told that software will allow me to buy good Tax Lien online and those Tax Liens are the company secured from counties because of their bulk purchase.  It is such better way to use their software to purchase the tax lien, instead of going to auctions.  Plus, they offer 100% money back guarantee.  Hence, I paid $600.

Then, I went to their seminar.  The 3-days seminars were hard-selling their $40K "Diamond" membership.  Unless you pay at least $30K for "Platinum" membership, you will NOT get the Software.  At the 3-days seminar, you are told the truth that they will not give the software, instead they will give you a web portal that links to various county web sites.  And all those tax liens on County web site are left-over from acutions and are all junks that no one wants!  So pay $30K or $40K or you get nothing for your $600.

What about the guarantee?  You need to make 25 offers to buy 25 different properties.  Basically, you will never meet the requirement to use their guarantee unless you pay them $30K - $40K to join their network!

Bottom line, you pay $600 and three days of your time to listen their sales pitch to join their network for $40K.
