This morning my computer went haywire and told me I had viruses.  I was told the only way to fix it was to purchase this product.

It was very suspicious to me as I've seen this same message on the computers at my school.  I've also purchased other products in the past and I know it doesn't take 30 seconds to remove 44 viruses.

The amount of $49.95 came out of my bank account immediately (after I unchecked boxes that would have doubled this amount); however, I did not even receive e-mail confirmation of the purchase (which is also odd).

I just sent them a message via their website requesting an immediate refund.  I'm a single parent with two kids receiving unemployment and Christmas is next week.  I really don't need this right now.

If I wasn't so dependent on my computer, I never would have purchased it.  I've seen this message maybe twice on my computer and usually ignore it, but this time my screen went black, which scared me into purchasing it.  It also flashed a message that "someone" was trying to access my credit card information (also suspicious).
