Complaint Review: Real Gold Software

Sunday night at 8:05pm my computer crashed when I rebooted it was taken over by a Security Tool saying that my computer had been infected with viruses and worms.  I had no access to anything except to proceed with enrollment to get the viruses out.  I had no choice but to proceed and be charged 49.95.  I immediately contacted my credit card company - as Chase was calling me as well at the same time to verify the purchase.  Thankfully a Chase representative was able to quickly look up the phone number and name Real Gold Soft at 1-800-507-4599.  I called them and they insisted that I requested the service which I did not.  I am thankful that I had my credit card company on the line and Real Gold Soft issued me an immediate refund.  I am writing this to warn others....be very aware.  If something like this happens to you please contact your credit card company immediately to get a refund and to report this company.  If you do fall victim try contacting them via email at support@supportwebcenter.com and 1-800-469-9689 or 1-800-507-4599.
