On Dec 26th my computer would not connect online.  I got a message that I had several dozen viruses and needed to download security tool to fix the problem.  I tried to run a scan from my anit-virus software and could do nothing.  I tried an external disk and still couldn't get past the security tool warning.  On Dec 28th I finally paid the 49.95 to download software.  The "problem" was fixed so quickly that I felt it was wrong.  Later I tried to run a scan from my new security tool software and it would not/will not respond. I then researched and found the reports of security tool virus.  I called my bank on  Dec 29 and the charge was on hold so I couldn't do anything.  On Dec 30th I saw that the 49.95 plus 1.50 fee had been charged.  Jan 2nd I called 800-338-4926 and spoke to "Jack Nichols" .  He was unable to find my account; claimed they were having technical problems.  He gave me a second number: 888-318-0062.  It was all automated.  For a refund request I was prompted to enter the first 6 digits of my card.  As I had given "Jack" the last 4 digits I felt this was a bad idea.  I called my bank, filed a report and cancelled my card.  I then called the second number again and gave the first 6 and last 4 digits and was told by an automated voice that my request has been processed.  I am waiting on paperwork from the bank and will continue to pursue this matter.  The site address may be Baku, AZ but it is obviously outsourced.
