Real Music, Real Rapsody ripoff will make it impossible to cancel Internet
OK, I fell for the ole "14 day's free, cancel at any time." After my 14 day's I was billed the $9.95. OK that's fine. When I tried to cancel online. That is not an option. They give you a 800 number to call to cancel. Well of course no will answer, then I get the shrill sound intended for my to get tired of it and hang up. I have written to there customer service and told them to cancel, but I'm not holding my breath. Long story short.
Real/Realrapsody online download service makes it very, very difficult to cancel, and still not sure if I will be cancelled. Beware.

They have charged me again after an email to cancel. The number they give will not work. Time to contact the bank/visa.
