The company sells courses so you can become a notary and be registered with lenders and title companies. If you have an issue with their exams that you need to take, they are totally unresponsive. They don't want to deal with issues, such as checking an examinations results with you.
I have e-mailed and called them so many times I can't count them. They refuse to respond to simple requests and I believe they have committed consumer fraud.
