Complaint Review: Real Prompt Systems

Real Prompt Systems Short Sale Experts Bad Leads, No Results, No Customer Service. Left 5 strong messages asking for a call back that I never got that instructed them to cancel my account. They hid behind their 14 days in writing clause. If they would have returned one message and instrcted me to do that I would have. The leads produced nothing, not a phone call good or bad. I did exactly as I was instructed, buying expensive, double pane window envelopes, had them printed with what they recommended, mailed out 800 letters to their 200 leads I received (4 to each one week or so apart), and never received a single phone call. No response when I called for guidance. No call back to cancel account. They billed me and refused to refund me, no matter how many times I asked nicely. I waned them that I would report them on Google, Facebook, Other Realtors etc. I tried to work it out amicably, but they left me no choice. REALTORS AVOID THIS REAL PROMPT COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Call Charles Koenig at 281-450-9000 if you want my input direct from the horses month.

Real Prompt Short Sale Specialists is a ripoff.  On the face of it, it's a The reality is that this program doesn't work.  That provide "cultivated leads" of homeowners in distress.  They give you instructions of what type of envelopes to use (double pane windows #9 envelopes-very expensive for envelopes), have envelopes imprinted with specific wording, you do the mailing, folding, pay for postage etc.

I never got a single call, although I followed the above instructions exactly.  I simply called asking to cancel.  No call back.  Called 4 times more, got into voice mail.  They never returned a call.  I asked them to not send any more leads, because I wasn't going to work them, due to my lack of results to date.  Each message got stronger and stronger.  Still no return call.  They sent leads anyway, although I told them "do not send leads".  I will not pay for them or work them.

Now they are sticking to their guns to not refund my money because they didn't receive proper notice in writing.  If they would have returned a single call and said just send us a note, I would have sent them a one sentence note. Realtors avoid this company at all costs.  I believe all of their testimonials are paid testimonials.
