Never have i dealt with such an unreliable and deceitful group of people. Real property managment is a joke. Im desperately looking for help and for my voice to be heard. I recently signed a lease for a property with real property managment. This company of course wanted their money before the expected move in date. Here it is almost 15 days after my scheduled move in date, and my house i already payed well over 1600 to move into is still not ready to be moved into. My house wasnt move in ready as advertised and promised by signing of the lease to the specific move in date. The property has potential, but sadly hasnt been taken care of by the owner. The owner only wants to do minimum quick fix cheap repairs. Kitchen cabinets fell ontop of my roomates head while trying to clean! Small maintenance issues arised trying to move in such as toilet not working, washer hook up leaking, blinds not properly sized, as well as not even having a cleaning company clean the house prior to someone moving in. To bigger more serious issues arising such as not having a dryer hook up as advertised. Outlets coming off walls, windows with broken locks, tape sealing holes, and the biggest issue not having ac! My air conditioner is broken and ive been waiting 2weeks now for an approval. Not for it to get fixed but for an "approval" from the owner for it to get fixed. The company is just trying to avoid the issue. 1vendor came out and told them the unit has to be replaced. Well i guess the cheap gentelmen decided nope lets get another vendor out there. Well that vendor has told him the same thing, that my ac unit has to be replaced. Well instead of fixing it his cheap self wants to send out a 3rd vendor!! Third!? Im not sure why someone needs 3people to tell them the same information. So the process is prolonged even further. For a 3rd vendor has to come out tell the landlord the same thing. The unit has to be replaced then wait for another approval. I have no air and no heat and i have a 2year old in my house. I payed for a move in ready place and certaintly have not received it.

The ladys im dealing with over the phone are absolutely no help. Anne and shari are suppose to be in charge. Now for all the issues im having anne said the only compensation she could even offer me would be to remove the 75 dollar risk liability fee they had to charge each month. For some reason now she wants to go back on her word. I have emails and all before and after pictures. This company is really just trying to screw me over. Beyond the dact of being completely cheap about the house. A reair man came in here and said he was given a limit of 200 dollars. Im sorry but i didnt kno there was a limit to repairs. This company expected a repair man to clean as well. The company is highly unorganized and sadly im the only one paying the price. The company has multiple numbers but they all send you to the same people. Either anne or shari who are of no help, and in fact have started to ignore my phone calls. Please i urge no one to trust this company. All they are going to do is take your money and start ignoring your phone calls.

As a Real Estate company we do not own rental property that we manage or find tenants for. The property owner of this house just hired us to find a tenant for him and manage the rental after the tenant moved in. He recently had to evict a tenant and spent close to $1,000 on renovation work and did not want to manage the property any longer. We put the house on the market and found a tenant. The tenant moved in and called the office to complain that the work the contractor performed was not up to her standard. Wanting to accomodate the tenant so we sent a local contractor to tend to a punch list of items she was complaining about. He coordinated with the tenant a good day and time and made the repairs.

After moving in the A/C unit stopped working. We informed the owner of this and sent 2 licnensed HVAC companies to the property to give a quote and second opinion. Given the fact that it is January and the temperatures are mild to cold this time of year the owner assumed he had time to get a 3rd quote. In all fairness to the owner I don't know of anyone that runs the A//C when it is 50 degrees outside and I recommended he send a third contractor to provide a quote. The owner went with one of the quotes and decided to completely replace the unit rather than repair it.

There is more. From the very beginning the tenant has been making threats, cursing those who she came in contact with, and demanding free rent. We usually do not oblige and prefer to have an eviction judge decide, however, in this case we offered 1 weeks prorated rent as a customer service measure since the house did have a few issues when she moved in and we strive to provide a high level of customer service. In all fairness, this owner of this home has approved every repair request, the issues were resolved and he has even opted to install a brand new A/C unit rather than repair the broken unit since it was old.

Now with all of the facts I will leave it up to you the reader to determine what is really going on here.
