Real Property Mavens LLC we buy houses various other sites connected as well cincy-invest Cincy-invest False advertisement erlanger Kentucky
At Cincy-invest they claim that "we love ugly houses" in their advertisement and that the provide win-win solutions to help homeowners get out of their sticky situations… like Foreclosure, owning a burdensome property, probate, or anything else. Cincy Invest is a real estate solutions company based out of Cincinnati. They claim they are a family owned business and focus on helping homeowners like you find solutions for your problem whether you’re going through a foreclosure, can’t sell your property, or just need to sell their house for all kinds of reasons. This is false through my experience with dealing directly with the company. I invited the company to make me a fair offer on my older historic home which the company agreed to come take a look, note that the company knew it was an older home. When sid from the company arrived he had no interest in the basic foundations of a home, the roof , the walls, ect. ect.. Sid from cincy home buyers was clearly only interested in what i had inside the home, decorations property ect.ect. Upon allowing him in my home he starts taking pictures even after i made him aware pictures are not permitted. I even had to command sid to stop taking pictures inside my home and he still proceeded to take pictures. While taking pictures sid was clarifying with me how uninterested the company was, basically running me and my place down while degrading all the hard work i have done. The whole help me find a solution is a fake pitch along with a scam by cincy invest. Cincy invest revealed they are only out to basically scam properties for little to no money and the whole family community helping people out bit is just part of their scam pitch. While sid the at cincy invest proved they are only trying to see what you have inside your home and they are not interested if the home can be restored or communities rebuilt they are only trying to take advantage of someone maybe even anyone. Cincy invest has not been helpful or considerate to the village of lockand or its resident.

I urge any customer to consider the source of the complaint. The gentlemen that filed the report is named Eugene Buddy Struckman. Hopefully, using Google you're able to do a search for his name and the term "Cincinnati" at the end. It should help you to judge the complaint in a better light. Although "Buddy" and I came to an understanding, it seems he didn't remove the report. We were not shocked to hear this story when it came out in the local news a few weeks later.
Here is what we've found- wcpo.com/news/local-news/hamilton-county/lockland/lockland-man-faces-new-charges-after-police-find-fully-automatic-gun-in-his-home
We stand by our reputation and won't let anyone harm us with false reports. If anyone has ANY questions feel free to reach out to us at admin@cincy-invest.com
The people we deal with day in and day out love us. Clients, title companies, lawyers, realtors, other investors, etc.

The issue was resolved months ago. It boiled down to a misunderstanding between a former employee and a homeowner wishing to sell their house. Unfortunately, we weren't interested in buying a home from a potential seller. The now former employee, Sid, was asked to stop taking pictures of the home after he expressed to the seller we wouldn't be interested in the property. He wanted to take pictures of the houses mechanicals, roof, etc so that he could relay all of the information to us so we could make an informed decision. Originally, he had permission by the seller, but after expressing to the seller we wouldn't be interested the seller asked him to stop taking pics. Sid had no authority to tell any property owner we were not interested without first submitting all of the information we require and speaking to us. Sid, unfortunately, didn't follow the rules. Hence, the reason he's no longer employed by us. I personally spoke to the seller at length and we had a good conversation about the whole ordeal and wished each other well. It was just a simple misunderstanding that was resolved months ago.
Thanks,
Chris Campbell
