This woman has a website with the title Real Spells by Annalise aka (Nancy Tom). Actually, I am not sure who she is, but the Whois info points to a person in Cuyahoga Falls. On the home page, she lists 100% Money Back Guarantee No Scams No Hidden Fees No Gimmacks. Right off the get go, I can tell you she is a lying. I contacted Annalise for two spells. The spells didnt work. She did not reimburse my money. When I asked for a refund, she said I had to give the spells two weeks per her contract and then she would send me a refund no questions asked. I asked for a contract, she did not respond or send me it. I waited two weeks, asked for a refund, no response, asked for a refund on the third week, no response. This is not a matter of her thinking her spells worked, therefore she wasnt going to give me a refund. She tried to play the her spell cant work because there is a dark entity interfering card.

Here is how that scam goes:

I paid for two spells. She said she needed to buy a crystal to perform a spell. The next day, she left a panic-like message on my cell phone telling me that I needed to call her right away. I called her up. She tried to get my credit card number. I declined and told her I paid via Western Union. She said her spells arent working because there is a dark entity interfering. She made it sound pretty ominous. She said she would try it again and wanted to contact me that night. So, I did via Paltalk IM. She said that the dark entity wont let her spells work and I would have to PAY her more money to get rid of the dark entity. I could pay her a lot of money to get rid of it quickly or a little less to get rid of it over four weeks. Then, somewhere in here, she mentioned one of the spells would be $800-900. I think that was for the cheaper one. She also said that if I paid for the more expensive spell, I would gain my money back by 4 times in 4 weeks. I needed to sacrifice the money to her to get rid of the dark entity and quadruple my money down the road. This is an old gypsy psychic scam. If I were in her parlor, she would have pretended to rip up the money or burn it in sacrifice, but really pocketing the money. I told her to stop the spells then because she couldnt make it work and I wasnt going to pay her anymore money. I told her I wanted a refund. That is when she came back with the I had to let her try for two weeks per contract that she doesnt really have. Stay away from this one. She will bleed you for every dime she can get from you.

Criminal charges? Or class action lawsuit?

I gotta admit, this one really made me giggle.
It really makes me wonder how someone could operate a computer, yet believe in spells & such.
I'd file this under "ghosts, witches and monsters" if I were the editing staff of RR.com.
Does anyone else find this posting archaic & antiquated?
I feel like this person is living in the 1900s (or maybe before).
