Real Vegas Online Will not payout on withdraw Internet

About 3 months ago I put in a withdraw request from Real Vegas Online. This is my 2nd request from them. My first one took about 2 months but I finally got it. They had put me up on a VIP Account so I would not have this problem again. Well I am. I have been told everything, and I mean everything.  On August 20,2013 I received the following e-mail.

PAYOUT PROCESSED

Dear JoJean Bailey,

Your payout of 1000.00 USD for Account ID: joesmomma has been processed, Method: Manual-Wire Transfer.

We thank you for your continued business and are always available should you have any questions.

Now one would think that means that they have paid out my request. Yet A month later I am still waiting it. I have been told that what that e-mail means is that I am on the "list" to get paid out.

However they took took off my withdraw request on the casino. So the money isn't there. The money sure as heck is not in my bank. So where is the money.

I got told my the IP Supervisor that the money is in there bank and I need not worry I will get it. Well guess what the money shouldn't be in there bank AT ALL.

I have also spoken to the casino manager Casey. Who has assured me every Friday that it will be in there on Wednesday. (I guess that is when they pay out? )  However every Wednesday it is not there, and Casey just comps my account in hopes probably to keep me quite. I am done with this. Is there anyone out there that can help me. It has been 3 exhausting months of non-stop excused from these people.

My bank account has not changed they had all the information, And have paid me before. Really what is going on here?
