Ordered RWS 2.0 E-book 4-5 months ago. Received a link to download and did so. When trying to open the file a password was required which was never sent to me. Emailed vendor several times to get a password to be able to read the book I was charged for and never got any reply. Disputed the charge successfully through my credit card company, only to be recharged a few weeks later. Disputed again only to be recharged again. This is the third dispute I have filed and will likely have to cancel my credit card to stop this. 



Card company will be pursuing fraud charges if it happens again, hopefully shut this sleazebag down... If you really want to read this E-book, it can be found for free on many torrent sites, along with most of his other courses. I was trying to support someone whose work I enjoyed and this is how I was repaid, so Fk 'em!

You definitely did speak on the phone with me prior to the sale, Bruce - you were the first person I spoke with when I called which is why I still had your number when I called back after discovering the con. At that point I'm sure I was just another sap so can't blame you for forgetting. These reports can't be edited but I would have been happy to file a postive response last year had Scott been willing to work with me on the many chances I gave him to make things right (letting a qulified acquaintance repair the pieces for less than the quote I received in writing, letting you guys come and get the pieces you ripped me off on instead of asking me to spend ANOTHER day loading and driving them back to you to resell to some other sucker...) instead of fighting me the entire way. 

The only reason I got my money back was because I filed a dispute with my CC company and had 20 pages of documents to back up everything I was saying. Scott continued the fight throughout that process as well and it took me three months to get my money back and get the couch repaired to functionality on my own. You guys are con artists. Yes, you as well, because Scott admitted that "one" piece of furniture had been repaired (we all know it was 4 pieces), and this is most certainly not the first time you guys have ever repaired a broken piece of furniture before passing it off as new overstock, and because YOU don't work in his shop for years and post ads on CL without knowing exactly what goes on. In fact, since he's the boss and probably doesn't like to get his hands dirty I don't doubt for a moment that it was you yourself who cobbed together the couch you guys tried to con me on. 

If "Just doing my job", was a legitimate excuse for antiscoial behavior then we wouldn't have been able to convict any Nazis as the adage goes. If you're goggling yourself because you're finally thinking of switching jobs I wouldn't sweat it though, dishonesty is generally a positive attribute when it comes to sales professions. Your inarticulate manner of writing on the other hand...you might want to work on that.
