I tried to place an order with this company, and they delayed my order due to my mailing address being different from my credit card address.
I filled out the form as best I could with the limitations of their website.
When I asked them to expedite the shipping, I got a totally rude obnoxious email from the owner, telling me to go ahead and take my business elsewhere. He was nice at first - obviously has a double personality. He is an angry, hostile person, and I recommend against doing business with them. There are just too many other places offering the same product with good customer service.

We always respond to our customer's needs quickly and we make sure they are happy. Unfortunately, we weren't able to please this person.
We take credit card authorization very seriously and this person wouldn't follow our security procedures. (we usually suspect fraud when this happens). This customer failed to abide by our simple policies, and then, hiding behind e-mail, this person felt it was ok to abuse our staff...as the owner, I won't tolerate it.
We take pride in our huge selection, fair prices, and friendly customer service.
We welcome anyone to do business with us.
We have thousands of happy and repeat customers.
