I bought a plot of land at Coconut Grove, Fortaleza from Realest International. David O'Mahoney was one of the directors and he signed my contract. However, he never transferred the money to the company, never got licenses etc. He kept it for himself.
He sold or transferred the land to Trairi Construcciones ie his buddy Steve naish.
Steve Naish wanted to help the Coconut Grove Investors out of the goodness of his heart, at a cost of course. Since that didn't work now he has passed the job to his friend Frederico Costa of Firmux. WWW.firmux.com.br
Frederico has been dealing with a group of investors but had a real paddy when I asked for legitimate information and then he put prices up and forced time issues. How professional is that?
He says he has put a lien on the land to prevent his friend Steve Naish from doing anything with the land. The lead investor/organiser says she has put up the money herself and wants a share from all the other investors!!! How crazy is this?
Does anyone have more info on the current status of the land?
