this company called me in September 2014 to sell advertising at $90 for a quarter (3 month period). So I did try it, paid the $90 and NO PHONE CALLS. So of course I cancelled. The deadline for cancellation was Decamber 10th, 2014, and I called them on December 8th, 2014. She said: no problem I will take care of the cancellation.
Today, Feb 26, 2015 I get an email that I am passed due for $225 for the second quarter. WHAT? I called them again, this time I asked to speak to a manager. According to her, they don't take cancellations over the phone, so it was not cancelled at all. What??? This company sells advertising over the phone but claims now that it cannot be cancelled over the phone? So I asked for an email address. They said they do not take cancellations by email either. Only by postal mail and by fax. Intersting...those are the two methods that cannot be traced.
