realestateagent.com Deceptive pratices Hollywood Florida
I subscribed to advertise with realestateagent.com for a trial period but because I was moving and didn't get leads, I decided not to continue with them however my account continued to be charged. I finally canceled my card and was given a threatening email that I was going to be sent to collections.
I called them and Sue was very rude and kept talking around in circles saying I had a contract with them that allowed them to keep charging me. She did send me a contract which I saw for the very first time however I am no longer working in the area thay are supposidly marketing for me and I didn't sign this contract.
The best way to deal with this company is to never get involved. They won't communicate with you, give updates and I got no leads from them. When I told this to Sue she said that they never promised to communicate and there are no guarentees that we would get any leads, it is just advertising.
In other words you pay them lots of money every quarter to put your name on a website, thy have no other oblgations. Nice.
