The owner Brian Kuzda promotes training to sell Real Estate through auctions. They charge $495 for the first training session that he says will be all you need to start. I did not have a signed contract with them and he still charged me for the first session consisting of two spread sheets that outline their company goals and how to sign up for Linkend. No training for auctions.
Another $495 if you want that! The sessions describe if you get 100 other people to sign up, you will make half of what the persons pays. Then how you get a percentage of money for anyone they sign up for training.This is pretty much a MLM company . They do show how you can offer an agent 100% commission from sales ,of course after they pay for the first sessions and an additional $99 per month. I requested a refund after the first session as it did not provide the information promised. He is refusing to refund so his main focus is collecting money from traing that does not provide information on auctions. Once again we did not have a mutually signed and agreed contract, yet he still charged me.

Lets take this one point at a time so I don't miss anything. In your first paragraph you say that we charge $495 for the first training session. That's incorrect. We charge $495 for the first ten-training sessions, each approx. two hours in duration. In your next sentence, you said I mentioned that, that is all you'll need to get started. You're correct. A majority of our agents only need the first ten training modules to get started although we have five phases of training available to them, each with an average of eight to ten training modules per phase. Some choose to only do the first phase, some choose to do all fifty training modules. It takes approx. one year to get through all fifty training modules.
In your next sentence, you said we do not have a signed contract with us. We do not give our training to anyone until we have a signed contract. See the signature page below:
The next sentence you said the first training session is two spreadsheets and how to sign on to LinkedIn. Come on, Howard. Is that really fair to say? There's two hours of content. We poll everyone after all ten training sessions in phase one, and more than half of the agents going through the training have said they like training session #1 the best. I think it's fair to say that our two hour training session #1 is a little more than what you're professing. You are right in that the true auction training starts in sessions 3-7 out of the first ten sessions.
Your next sentence says "Another $495" if you want that. That's incorrect Howard. You do not have to pay extra for session two through ten.
You then go on to say that the company is set up like a MLM company. I thing every real estate company is. When a Broker of Record hires 1 or 100 agents under them, they receive overrides for their training fee and part of the commissions when they close deals. That's how all real estate companies operate. We're no different. We want to reward our Brokers when they build their team. That's just good business.
In ending, you signed an agreement that read the following in paragraph 6.e.2 of our agreement:
2. Once the AE (Auction Executive) contract is signed and funds have been received, an onboarding process begins and training modules are distributed for the first two weeks of training. If an AE decides to quit before the first day of training and has received the content for the “First Ten Core” training classes, no refund will be given. Please understand this before moving forward with this program.
Howard, you signed an agreement, you were given curriculum and then you decided you didn't want to move forward. We did what we said, you didn't. Now you want money returned to you. We're not in the business of making money from training. We're in the business of doing auctions. The training fee is in place to avoid people that just want to come in, learn very distinctive auction curriculum that's difficult to get anywhere else in the nation for less than $10,000 and then leave. I'm sorry that you were dissapointed, but I wish you would've finished the entire ten sessions. People have said that the training is World Class. I wish you the best in your future endeavors.
