Complaint Review: REALGOLDSOFT BAKU AJ

Clicked link Dec. 24, 09 Searches for Oral Roberts funeral.  Multiple trojans started coming in while security alerts appeared and a download security program of a security tool (appearing to be your own) to deal with it and as the computer completely locked up and was for two days. 

Their strong arm tactics contaminating the computer with multiple virus' and placing subfolders and a repeating virus type program with tray icon into the computer with out that completely locked the computer up there-in forcing to purchase their Security Tool $49.95 2 year software. 

With computer locked up I spent two days couldn't get their folders and program out could not copy their thirty day money back guarantee yet managed to peek over getting the Transaction I.D. Number after the purchase.  Their contact page then disappeared along with their software program after the purchase (then the computer unlocked) and did not list their telephone number in the transaction bank statement.  I still have some of their inactive folders hidden in my icon tray.  They attacked the computer by a virus type program and alarms that multiple virus's came in and most of them where false or their own creation and the other virus is that that they put in there themselves and with their tool then locking the computer down that is to strong arm force the purchase of their Security Tool to remove it.

I called the 1-800-338-4926 number and denied he was RealGoldSoft Baku AJ and stated he was an anti-virus company.  But after grilling him he confirmed that they sold the Security Tool 2 yr. software program $49.95 (money back guarantee) but couldn't/would'nt find any information on my account and gave me the run around and why I didn't want it.  Finally then gave me another number to call telling me that I purchased it from them.  That number is 1-888-318-0062 and is a recorded message there stating is the Ti-In or Ki-In Company.  There I pressed number one request for refund and then entered the first six and then the last four of the credit card I used and then a recorded message stated "Transaction will be processed." end of call.  Now I watch and wait (but not for long) and then if it's refunded will immediately change my credit card number and I also have filed a transaction claim against them already with my bank concerning it. 

These guys are real smart cookies and with virus and are fraudulent their Security Tool program and will lock your computer up and also attempt to hold you out beyond their 30 day money back guarantee and who knows what else is on their minds so beware of them.  If you have alarms and are alerted for virus's should not download any security programs but instead to immediately back out of there and delete and close out all other programs and then run your own full computer scan.  Best advice I can tell you and to avoid this other terrible mess.
