I was on my PC & I kept getting pop-ups & "end program now" boxes that said I had to purchase this software because my computer was infected with a Trojan Virus & it would keep shutting my computer down until I purchased it.

There are 1000's of viruses out there affecting and infecting your computer in different ways.What you can do is restart your computer. After your computer reboots .1) Click on the start button. 2) run . 3) type the letters " msconfig " and click ok. 4) click on the "startup" tab ( located in the upper right hand corner ) . 5) click " disable all "  6) click "apply " . 7 ) click "ok" .  8) restart computer. After restarting your computer you should be able to access the inernet.Google the name of the virus that's affecting your computer and add the word "removal" or "fix" on the end.You should be able to find some kind of program or tool to remove the virus.Good luck.
