Complaint Review: REALGOLDSOFT BAKU

REALGOLDSOFT BAKU t-virus protector site stated "online virus" infection buy removal program. Have Norton 360 could not help. purchased t-virus reg code no work. Charge $99.50 to account. No charge for virus removal on account. Unknown , Internet

December 10 , 2009 (Thursday) while on the internet a site popped up in a seperate window stateing that my system has been infected with malicious viruses.  Site showed documents, personal files, c:/ drives etc...being infected.  A smaller window emerged to scan my system and all sorts of viruses appeared.  The smaller window could not be minimized or canceled, the window will redirect you to save or run a program than make a purchase. 


After consulting with Norton 360 technical support they were unable to help and suggested I pay to have the viruses removed at an outrageous price.  I purchased a T-Virus protector program for $49.95 and recieved the registration code at my e-mail site.  I had tried numerous times to locate the correct site and use the code but was unsuccessful.  I checked my bank account and discovered an unrecognizable purchase for $99.50 through "REALGOLDSOFT BAKU."  There is no address or phone number associated with the company and as I was told by my bank that the only contact is through e-mail.
