Complaint Review: realgoldsoftware

This window came up on my computer & the reason I trusted it was because it had the Windows sign on it & it said I had a virus & it would help get rid of it for $29.99.  I downloaded the software thinking it was real. It gave me a BOGUS confirmation # but NO email confirmation. I was waiting & waiting until I searched the internet for the software company name & saw that it was indeed a scam & were hoping they didnt charge my acct the $29.99. Well, the next day i checked my bank statement & sure enought they charged me, but NOT $29.99....It was a charge of $99.90 then in turn causing an overdraft to my account & with that I've lost a total of $134.90. I immediately called my bank & explained what happened & they closed my account, but they said I have to investigate myself before they can do anything to get my money back! I've been trying to get info on this company & it's hard, but this site had helped some & I will file a complaint with the BBB. Hopefully something can be done.. I HATE people like this. What is this world coming to?
