I purchased a program and even though their terms of service states no refunds, it is for just because they have a lot of courses and they dont want people downloading courses and then refunding. My purchase was for just access to a product and I never did.

I asked for a refund and explained the situtation. On the webinar I specifically asked the question is there a refund and they said yes there was.
