RealNetworks I never subscribed to your superpass subscription and I'm currently being charged for it. Stop it and give my money back! New York, New York

I have being charged for a subscription that I have no memory of subscribing to and it's costing about $20 a month and it hasn't stopped even when I've asked. Their customer service is impossible to reach. I've called several times during the hour post but never got someone on the phone.

I wish to be reimbursed and for the subscription to be discontinued and for the company to be blacklisted.
