Sept 13, 2018 I bought Realplayer Plus several years ago for $49.99 ($50) to burn DVD's which worked fine until the other day when a realplayer update popup says I can't burn without an update, which I performed in good faith. Now the software I paid for became disabled after the update and does not work at all on the same computer it originally was when I purchased it. When I bought Realplayer Plus several years ago, their representative said I did not have to ever buy anything else or pay yearly fees because it was my software to keep. When I contacted them about what their update did, they tried to sell me more software to burn DVD's after they disabled my Realplayer Plus they said they do not support the "older product” even though their update popup disabled my "older product” on the original computer Anyway, I used Realplayer Plus (16) to burn dvd's until they disabled it This makes Realplayer a Thief I have 3 emails from them trying to get me to purchase additional software after the disable of My Software I want my original Realplayer Plus "Enabled", back the way it was, able to burn DVD's which is the reason I bought it to start with but they told me to download it for free online --I tried, and I can't do it Realplayer=RIP OFF=Thief and any other description that befitting a disreputable company
