Realplayer Superpass Keeps billing me for unused services. Will not allow me to cancel free trial Internet

I signed up for a free three day trial to realplayer superpass.  I called to cancel within the first 24 hours.  They make it very hard to find where to cancel by the way.  Anyway I cancelled and I keep getting billed every 3 months.  I spend an hour to call in and they credit my credit card yet 3 months later they bill me again.  This has happened 4 different times now.  I just cannot get them to stop billing me.  I expected realplayer to be a company that could be trusted.  Clearly they are not.  I have since researched to find that this is commonplace for this company.  Beware.
