Yesterday I noticed 3 charges of $1 on my debit card. One of them was to a website called RealSupportSite.com and the 2 others (FederalMerchant.com and JCBill.com) I believe are affiliated with it in some way. Although it wasn't much at first, I felt like more charges were on the way, so I visited these sites and searched frantically through their databases, hoping to find out how and why these charges were made to my debit card.

I was able to contact one of them in time to refund the charges, but I was too late for the other 2 and found myself with 2 additional charges of $39.97. I could find no reason for these charges, so I tried chatting with a representative for Realsupportsite.com and they told me I had subscribed to some site called "Allnetworkpass.com." When I told them I did not authorize the account, the rep told me that the IP address I was currently using was used to set up the account (how conventient) and refused to refund my money...Instead only canceling a rebilling for the next month.

What the rep couldn't explain was why this account she said I created was set up under a rock.com email address she claims I used but that doesn't actually exist. Neither myself, nor anybody else uses this address because I tried sending a message to it and received an error message back telling me no such address exists. Why would I create an account under an email that doesn't exist? Doing so would prevent me from receiving any valuable information regarding that account, including info needed to cancel it. Why would I prevent myself from canceling my own account?

I wouldn't. It's a total ripoff and I'm barely going to make it through this month because of them.

While I was here, I decided to search and see if anybody else had the same problem and I noticed another report on Realsupportsite.com by somebody named James in Brighton, MA. It appears as if he has had the exact same thing done to him, only he's in a worse situation than I currently am.

Something needs to be done about this Realsupportsite.com place. They are putting a lot of people in debt with this scam they are running.
