They do not respond to emails or requests for maintenance. When they call you, they call from a blocked number. They do not pay their contractors they send out to make repairs to our apartment. We have spoken to several contractors who say that they got stiffed. They mail notices from a UPS Store address. I don't even think they have an office. I strongly advise you not to do business with Karina Liu, Realty One, etc.
