Realty Trade called MANY times we finally submitted to $495 refundable after 6 months-no inquiries Orange Cty Florida

A Hal (Herndon)? called us repeatedly to list our timeshare, a week in Duck N.C. Thanksgiving week. This finally occured on 6/24/08. I called several times at the end of the 6 months to have our $495 returned. I finally got a live body a couple nights ago and when I returned HER message she (Gina) was not available but the other lady asked if she could help. I explained our problem and she told me how to write the letter and what had to be in it. I did as she asked and faxed the letter to them. Gina called back and told us that "unfortunately" we couldn't get our refund as we took longer than the 10 days allowed (after the 6 months) to request the refund????? She said she would relist it and if it didnt sell by 6 months we could reapply for our refund

First of all we never read that in the contract as the print was very fuzzy and blurred as well as extremely small. Secondly we (I) had called them and not gotten a return or an answer for over two weeks.Most of these "companies" have bad reputations. I trusted Mr Hal. My wife was right. (she said not to list it--they were phonies)
