Realty Trade Offered refund if time share did not sell in 6 months Orlando Florida

The salesman at Realty Trade siad that if they didn't get a buyer, at an agreed upon price, in 6 moths for my time share they would refund the full amount. After hearing nothing for 5 months I then received an e-mail concerning the aforementioned. However, in order to find out what the offer was I had to agree (beforehand) to accept the terms and conditions: which read>>" upon electronic notification of the initial off, this contract will be considered fulfilled in its entirety". Never opened the offer but did request (in writing) a full refund. It was denied .

It is NOT a guarantee to SELL the property, but rather a guarantee to generate offers and interest on your property. There are instances and circumstances that occur in which we are unable to generate an offer for a property due to market saturation or presenting a property that does not create interest on our network.  If this happens with your property, please contact us at this email address: <<urgent@realtytrade.com%3E> and we will address your concerns properly and issue a refund according to the terms and conditions of the marketing agreement.
