On April 24, 2009, we signed a 6 month contract with Realty Trade with the promise that is we did not get a reasonable offer to sell our timeshare within the 6 month period (salesman:  Hal Herin) we were guaranteed a full refund of the listing price of $995.00. When, within 10 days after the contract expired) we sent a certified letter asking for a refund of our money.  Of course, we were denied the refund.  Now GINA AIME, Realty Trade person, is saying they never received our certified letter -- we have proof someone at Realty Trade signed and received our letter.

We were sent 2 emails (2 ladies names) to contact -- we followed Realty Trade's instructions and neither of these ladies answered (therefore, NO OFFER OR NO CONTACT).  We really believe, especially after reading the complaints on this website, that neither of these ladies even existed.  We contacted Realty Trade and were given numerous excuses -- they said they would try to contact the ladies and of course, we never heard from Realty Trade concerning this problem.

We have talked (argued is the best word) with GINA AIME several times -- what a rude, obnoxious, not truthful person she is.  We have NEVER dealt with anyone so rude.  She was very upset that we have contacted so many agencies about our complaint:  Attorney General's office, Better Business Bureau (Central Florida), Consumer Services, Economic Crime Division (Florida), Discover Card.

After reading all the complaints (which were pretty similar to ours) we decided to send this complaint.
