We have contacted Realty Trade numerous times requesting why we haven't received any offers. The representative replied we had received two offers three months prior. This is FALSE! No emails were received. We are very attentive to our emails, especially when it comes to how much we spent to offer the property, and no such email was received. We verified the email address with the representative and it was correct and then requested a test email to verify that we could receive them from Realty Trade email server. No email was sent nor was it received. I have emailed to customer services and the original sales person to resolve this and have yet to receive anything.

I paid almost $1800.00 to sell and/or rent this timeshare and have never received an offer or confirmation of an email or resolve to our requests. We provided Realty Trade with all necessary information and paid then in full promptly and we received nothing and even more grief when trying to resolve what is another means of deceptively marketing a service with no intent to provide a service.  

I want our money back in full to resolve this discrepancy with Realty Trade.

Its a scam contact them and tell them your going to the Department of Agriculture and see how fast you get your money. If you don't then really contact them. The customer service representatives are rude and the managers are even ruder.

By filing a report with the Attorney General, or any other regulatory agency, it will minimize the possibility of receiving a resolution for any grievances due to the unwillingness to allow our staff to settle your complaint.
