This letter was sent to Mr. Sauzer mid April and I have never had a response. My next step is to take this to court.

Dear Mr. Sauzer;
I entered into a binding agreement with your company six months ago, on October 23, 2008, at which time your sales rep took $995.00 from me and promised to sell my condo at Orange Lake within 6 months or I would be refunded ALL my money. I asked over and over for her to explain any small print so that there was no misinterpretation of what she was offering and she said there was no hidden agenda, all I needed to do was to write a letter.

I am therefore writing to you in order to request a full refund of my $995. In the 6 months that your people have worked my property, I received only 3 bogus emails towards the end of the contract which never replied to my numerous emails. I don't believe I'm being too cynical in believing that these 3 bogus emails were sent in an effort to make it appear as if your company was actually marketing my property.

I looked for my property on your website in December and did not find it. When I called and complained I was assured it was there and it was my oversight. The next day I saw it posted.

I called to find out why I'd not had any offers and I was told the finance people were looking at several offers which they would send my way shortly. I never received any offers. Only 2 bogus emails.

It has been exactly 6 months since I signed the agreement with Realty Trade and my property has not been sold, nor have I received any offers for the property. Please provide me with a refund in a check or credit to my credit card which you have on file.

If I do not hear from you, I will send a copy of this letter to my lawyer and I will post this complaint on Rippoffreport.com.

Thank you, Mr. Sauzer, for your consideration. I look forward to hearing from someone shortly.

Best regards,
Angela

Tue, September 08, 2009

We strive for 100% client satisfaction.  If you are not 100% satisfied, please email <<urgent@realtytrade.com%3E> to speak with a dedicated customer service representative.  All complaints will be handled professionally and quickly.  By filing reports with this site and other similar sites, as well as the Attorney General, it minimizes the chances that you will receive 100% of your money back, due to the use of additional resources to settle a claim.

The details of our refund policy are outlined in the Realty Trade Marketing and Advertising agreement, that we have our clients sign. It is NOT a guarantee to SELL the property, but rather a guarantee to generate offers and interest on your property. There are instances and circumstances that occur in which we are unable to generate an offer for a property due to market saturation or presenting a property that does not create interest on our network.  If this happens with your property, please contact us at this email address: <<urgent@realtytrade.com%3E> and we will address your concerns properly and issue a refund according to the terms and conditions of the marketing agreement.

With over 18,000 clients, there are occasional issues that may arise, as with any large organization, but we do everything within our power to satisfy all clients.

Again, please email <<urgent@realtytrade.com%3E> with your grievance and addressed professionally and quickly.

Thank you for your cooperation.
