I submitted all the necessary information and within valid timefram and of course the processing dept. could not honor my claim. everything was invalid. which is so far from the truth. I was suckered in regarding a 140.00 rebate for a razor phone. I submitted all of the required infromation within the valid time frame.
I recieved the; We regret that we cannot honor your claim due to;
Wireless bill must be pais in full(bill was paid in full twice.)
Your claim was not postmarked before the required 180 days from activation date (a lie)
Barcode submitted was not valid for thr promotion
Submission was not postmaked within the valid time frame(another lie)
Dates of submitted wireless bills do not fall within the date range specified on the rebate form. (not true )
