I purchased a Plextor ConvertX from TigerDirect. After receiving the product I promptly followed the steps required to receive my rebate. Weeks later I received and email with a link to the rebate status. The status was denied, stating:
"This rebate requires the original UPC. We received a photocopy of the UPC." this was blatantly false.

I have been ripped off by Rebate-Zone 2 times before, so this time I have recorded each step, time & date, steps taken, etc.

I then call the number listed in the claim search and after a long hold time I was told by Sia employee ID #812, that "I am only allowed one claim per household." (note: this is a different reason than the web based claim search stated.) She said that her managers name is Lisa, would not give any further info on Lisa.

When I asked to speak to Lisa she said that she was "not available". I ask to speak to a superior and she replied you may speak to my supervisor. I was asked to hold again and she returned to say that her supervisor was not available and that if I would give her my phone # that they would return my call. RIGHT!!??

I believe with a perfect record of 3 for 3 that the Rebate-Zone is denying legitimate claims for monetary gain.
