Complaint Review: Rebath Oklahoma

We had a bathtub liner installed and I was watched the tech. cut  the bathtub liner in the front yard.  I noticed that when he cut the hole for the water drain that the thickness of the bathtub liner was not the 1/4 inch that the salesman said it was and then I noticed that when the tech moved around to the front of the bathtub liner that I could see his shadow.  I asked the tech about it and he told me that all bathtub liners are the same and that this was a common one.  I picked up the piece and put it in my pocket and latter when I saw it again called the owner of Rebath.   This fool claimed again that the liner was  1/4 inch when I am holding the cutout in my hand and it is less than 1/32.  He said that the piece I was holding was a 1/4 inch.   They must think that I am an idot.  We have been mislead about the thickness of the bathtub liner and wonder how long it will be before it fails.  We need our money back.  Rex.
