She's not very organized. Her assistant, Lisa, is clueless. When I was in therapy with her, I thought that Dr. Thompson was sometimes confused about parts of my history which we had discussed on previous visits. Her billing can be a challenge, especially when you're trying to get back copies of records. Overall she seemed like a good therapist but I had to quit after about three months because of expense and my concern about how she ran her office.
