Complaint Review: Rebel USA Inc.

Lisa Callahan of Rebel USA, Inc. I made an agreement with Lisa to do some coaches shirts for the Chicago Cardinals Youth Football team.  I sent her payment for the shirts which she had cashed the checks for.  We received 10 of 12 shirts ordered.  Plus we had an agreement for some flex-fit hats also.  She sent me the wrong hats, and said that she would be sending the missing shirts plus the original hats.  This money was out of my families mouth.    She told me that she had some family medical issues going on that needed her immediate attention.  I told her that I have kids and that I understand, and I would say a prayer for her family.  This has been going on sinced August, and now she wont return my calls, emails, or texts, etc.  I have a friend that lives by her and he says that he sees her at the football games, but she wont respond.  I have made several attempts to contact her.  It is just outrageous that she is treating me like this, I thought she was a friend, but I have been taken.  I hope that no one else goes thru what I went thru.
